TBC was primarily created to be a trusted resource/advisor for Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC)  Entrepreneurs and/or Business Owners (EBOs); however, we welcome all who are allies of our communities and respect all humans. The mission is to assist EBOs to develop, grow, and reach their desired definition of "success." Also, helping them to achieve longevity within their respective industry.
